・PAYMENTS・

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
  • We accept secure payments for both local and international customers via most major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and electronic payment systems (PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay).
  • We do not accept offline payments via check, direct bank deposit, or wire transfer.
  • Our payment will show up on your bank statement as "SP *The Little Cork".
  • Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

We take great care in ensuring your safety during the payment process. Your payment details will be encrypted and sent using a secure connection therefore your transactions remain confidential. No unauthorized person can have access to those details.

The Little Cork payment processing system is fully PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant according to international security requirements.


Once an order payment is successfully completed, an email confirmation will automatically be generated and emailed to the address entered at check out. Double check your email address is correct before you submit the order.

If you need the email receipt sent to a different email, please let us know and we will update your email in our system and resend the confirmation.

If you need a formal invoice, please contact us and we will manually generate one for you.


We are happy to post refunds and adjustments to cards that we have processed. It works best for everyone involved if you contact us and allow us to make the adjustment, before disputing the charges with your bank. Disputing the charges typically takes two to six weeks and creates confusion, whereas a posted refund is immediate.

Please note also that upon receiving a chargeback notice from a credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend your order while we investigate the cause, as chargebacks often arise from fraudulent credit card usage, which is a very serious matter.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods.

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for the EU and Import calculator for the United States.

The customs value is made up of:
  • the price paid for the goods
  • the insurance cost
  • the shipping cost

・RETURNS + REFUNDS・

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:
  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email our support team and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return request.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
